Nothing worst hotel experience I have ever had

Staff was horrible room was horrible when I entered the room I found some damaged walls which i overlooked then found stains on the bedding when I reported it to the front desk the guy told me to strip the bedding and bring it up to counter and he would give me fresh bedding so of course I did so I could get some sleep and when I checked out there was now one at counter just a note saying if checking out leave key on the counter. Horrible

The lights didn't work in the room they were broken the had two hard wooden chairs nothing to sit for comfort only had one towel only had two pillows and my husband is handicapped had to walk on a walker I could not I rang the bell and rang the bell and said 5 minutes to get some service for the service Clark was asleep behind the door on the other side and the pop machine $8 a month they gave me no receipt no confirmation number charge me $50 for a deposit I don't see it back on my card yet but I'm tripping

The beds were very comfortable. For a non-smoking facility, the hallways reeked of smoke. The front desk was unattended. Any time we walked by it, but then people would come out of a back room behind the desk, looking like they had just gotten out of bed every time.
