Negatives: When we checked in the woman at the front desk seemed annoyed to have to help us. They charged a security deposit with no warning. The room was clean other than unidentifiable spots all over the bathroom. I selected this hotel because their page's photo gallery showed a pool area with a hot tub. The picture was obviously either a different facility or the hot tub was removed.

Positives: Room was clean. Free Coffee always available.
Negatives: I have extended my stay by two nights. At check-out I had to pay these two nights additional of course. But even I typed the right PIN code my company credit card was declined. The staff said I'm fraud suspected! Same credit card was one day before working at gas station and same day later for other payments again. So I had to pay with my private credit card which is connected to same bank. But the staff wasn't able to split my receipt to two invoices. Even worse on the receipt is the address of another customer from Israel on it. The staff said, once printed no way to edit. I asked them to send the invoice by mail that I can edit by my own. They took my mail address, but did'n send even I have sent them a reminder. Now I have to handle with my company an invoice which is partly paid with my private card and has an another name on it. Very critical (criminal) is that this staff hand out other customers personal data.
