Negatives: 1. A loud grinding noise came on in room 233 every 10 minutes or so that lasted approximatley 15 seconds. Couldn't get to sleep. The noise didn't stop upon departure in the morning. 2. The bedside light was acting like a strobe light. I couldn't use it. 3. Check-in took 20 plus minutes. Horrible. 4. I was socked with an unexpected fee for my pet. The Booking.com app made no indication of extra fees associated with having a pet. That can and should be easily fixed. You are prompted for the number of rooms and the number of people in your party, why not be prompted for the number of pets?

Positives: I was disappointed with how the hotel runs their breakfasts. For price paid the continental was very weak. There were additional charges if you wanted eggs, bacon, sausage...$14.95? Most hotels include this in there continental. Coffee was not kept up at the station, and I being a tea drinker, not coffee, had to ask for tea. The staff member running the breakfast was probably overwhelmed and seemed a bit snippy.

Negatives: I would not pay for continental breakfast, $9.00...not worth it.
