Positives:
Big spacious rooms, somewhat updated and clean. Nice gym area and outdoor pool / common area was closed but looked nice for summer.
At first when I pulled in my expectations dropped and when I was directed to the motel side of the property I wasn't excited but the rooms was good and was not bothered by any noise from other guest.
Negatives:
No hair dryer and TV was not working intermittently

We chose this hotel because the picture online showed it as having the biggest pool in the area. We got there and the pool was closed, then we were told we could use a nearby hotels pool and we went there and they said no, the correct one was fartheraway

Does require $100 deposit also the indoor pool was not open which was the main reason we chose to go with this hotel at the price point it was at.

There was no hot water either morning we were there. Front desk staff was extremely rude when I called about it and said it was because they were fully booked. This is a hotel right next to a large university, you need to be able to provide hot water for all your rooms.
