The Hotel was not clean. The appliances are very old two. I did not want to sit in the chair it was all staind and dirty

We arrived the night if our reservation. Travelodge was closed, no lights, locked doors, did not answer my calls. No one informed us of the closure. We have been driving for over 11 hours and we're very tired. Had to scramble to find another hotel that night. Very disappointed!
