Room was very dirty. I mopped the floor and scrubbed the bathtub and sink at 11pm because the tub was yellow from soap scum and the floor was very sticky. The furniture had not been moved to be cleaned in what looked like years....very un happy the bed sheets where very clean though....

Rooms are dirty upon arrival, there was a broken nail on the couch they didn't even clean that, my whole body was itching I don't know if that was fleas or bedbugs, room service staff don't understand English and they put dirty towels, the breakfast is really bad it's just waffles, muffins, cereal, bread and coffee and the front desk staff Iies about transportation arrangements people might miss their flight because such service.
