Negatives: Mattresses were AWFUL. No charging portals for phones etc. bathroom mirror across from the toilet??? Sparse number of towels. Breakfast was bad. Ran out of coffee early in morning Sunday. Front office staff was not at front desk most of the time. Hallway on our floor was filthy. Needs a complete update and upgrade. Will never stay there again when we visit family.

Positives: There was a large group staying & breakfast area smallhad to grab a yogurt & coffee on way out

Negatives: Traveled with a friend for a funeral, we had the 2 bedroom suite & the bathroom configuration is not very handy.also wish places would put the TV instructions on a small sheet so we could have at least heard news With so many systems hard to figure out how to use.
