Had to pay a $50 off of credit card for any room damage. It over free my account. Won't get my $50 back for 5 to ten business days. The heater was unplugged an had trouble to find the socket to plug in for heat.

The hotel staff was nothing short of being wonderful all the way around! My grandsons and I will definitely stay again!
Negatives:
I just want to say that the elevator was not working while we were there (we only stayed one night), and towels for the pool ran out. This was NO fault of the hotel staff! They had lost a few people so they were working with a less than short staff.

The hotel was too noisy. No microwave the whole week. For the price you charge, you have to be much better.
