Positives: Very clean & nice comfortable room. Bed was great! Breakfast was very good. Dining area was very clean & inviting. After wrongfully charging me for smoking in the room & calling Booking.com, they did recognize it & refund my money.
Negatives: When checking in, the lady at the desk acted like I shouldn't have used Booking.com.. Seemed very cold about the fact that she couldn't find my reservation, before finally finding it. In the morning at breakfast one of the housekeepers were yelling & cussing with one of the other employees. After my stay, they charged me $200 for smoking in the room. No one in our room were smokers.
