Staff were great...polite, friendly and helpful. Room was clean.
Negatives:
The laundry room needed cleaning. Washer and dryer both needed cleaning. I wiped them off before and after using. The wall behind washer/dryer was dirty and had cobwebs.

Wasnt very clean Kleenex box in bathroom had make up or food on the Kleenex to pull out dead bugs in the corner in the bathroom the lobby where you have coffee in the morning had spiders hanging off the ceiling and wall
