When we arrived we got two keys, one didnt work at all and the other didnt work until the fifth try. we went back down and told the lady at the front desk, she said shes fix it, gave us our keys back. we went back up and it was worse. we had to try several times any time we wanted in our room.

Nice room very clean and quiet -small but good breakfast. I bought some candy and it was exceptionally fresh. All in all great value will stay again

Pool was to cold.i was really looking forward to swimming so was my granddaughter.i would not have stayed here if I knew the pool was that cold- no hot tub- it was kind of deceiving yes they have a pool but if you can't use it what good is it--- get a heater

The room wasn't very clean, The carpet was sticky, and it smelled like a dog. There was a small hole in the wall and ceiling, and the smoke detector door was open where a batteryshould have been. The outside sitting area was not clean. Also, the doors didn't shut or were locked, so anyone could come into the hotel where they wouldn't have known. Not to mention, the light that came from under and around the door was very unpleasant while trying to sleep. Our last night there, someone across the hall had a warrant for their arrest, and the other person wouldn't open the door to let the cops arrest them. I understand that wasn't the hotels fault, but seriously, over an hour of being kept awake was not my ideal ending to our vacation. It was 1:15 am. when we were woke up.

I needed to cancel due to unexpected circumstances and the hotel manager was firm on not being able to cancel even though we had stayed at their establishment previously. From previous stay: poor breakfast selection, ok rooms.

The breakfast selection is poor. Oatmeal and strange waffle irons (one makes a hamburger bun shape).
