Housekeeping never showed up to see if i needed the room cleaned or needed any towels. Also no wash towels.Also you should let your customers know that there will be a 100 dollars deposit. At least advertise it on line.

Had to return to front desk for toiletries & towels. Only had 2 washcloths in the room. Breakfast was minimal. Mini muffin had been out so long it was like a hockey puck. Very few electrical outlets for tablets & phones.

Everything. They did not clean the room ever. We had to practically beg to get clean towels, toilet paper, and they were extremely rude. Never stay at this hotel! They do not care if guests have what they need and barely speak English. They lie.

Cleanliness was to say the least very very poor. Carpet was not vacuumed, bathroom had things from previous customers left in it , walls and floors were filthy. A missing fan cover in bathroom, the refrigerator was so loud it had to be unplugged. Pictures

They gave me one card for the room and when i left next day they charge me 5 dollars for the other card but they only give me one not two .

We were over charged for the pet fee and they would not resolve the issue. Breakfast was only waffles and bread. Staff was not at all helpful or friendly. The floors, bathroom and rest of place was not very clean.
