I didn't get any room service I had to go to the office to get towels. The microwave wasn't plugged in I had the move it to plug it in. I was charged for my kids as adults. The lock on my door was broken

The staff was so nice. The rooms were clean and adequite.

There was no air in the halls.

We didn't even stay. The place was dirty and the service was awful. They even charge us 90 for canceling. We are fitting that charge. We went with the intention of staying but it was imposible.
