The day shift gentleman for the first two days was very nice. Great location for the kids' baseball tournament

The room bathroom door was broken. The towels were stained "bring your own." In need of some up grades throughout the building. The breakfast was a joke. You had to ask the staff for stuff, the coffee machine broke. The rude staff didn't do any table wipe down from the day before.. The bathroom in the lobby was discussing. Dirty with a backed up toilet. They should have kept the door closed and / or shut off access to it. Very lazy and rude staff. One and done lesson learned on this stay. Never again.

The front desk person was very friendly.

Cobwebs on the ceiling behind the bed, in front of the coffee pot, and between the bathtub and floor. The sink and the desk table were dirty. Also, the bathtub and the toilet was not clean.
