$100 Deposit when I was told there wouldn't be with paying with a card. Front desk worker came out barefoot and waited over ten minutes to get him to come to the desk to check me in. Wasn't told about any wifi or breakfast or the times. I had a bloody nose and he walked out with the washcloth in his hand full of blood and never washed his hands and then proceeded with my check out to get the deposit. Never asked how many keys I wanted. Dog poop in the hallways

Friendliness of staff. We originally had a dluble queen, but due to maintenance issues making our room unavailable they moved us to a king with lounge sleeper, and provided a partial refund for our trouble.
