Positives:
I love the location of this hotel being right on the river with beautiful views and walking paths. It was also nice to be right next to downtown Cedar Falls with many cute shops and delicious food choices and fun bars. I would 10/10 recommend anyone to stay here and I will definitely stay again. The breakfast was delicious, the workout facility was clean, the room was spotless and comfortable.

The view over the river was nice. Breakfast was good as well. I was granted an early check-in and a late checkout, this was very helpful.

Hotel is in a great walkable spot for Cedar Falls. Room was quiet and clean with a nice view. Decent breakfast and professional staff.
Negatives:
The worst bath faucet choice I’ve ever seen. Combined with very high pressure, the water jets out at an odd low angle, making sink use laughably frustrating.
Overall cost per night was much higher than expected. Lack of competition perhaps.
