What I liked best was how quiet it was!

The only thing I didnt like was the hotel key. I feel the swiping is a hit or miss. Takes a few tries to get the door open

I checked into one room and the sheets were not cleaned. There was mud/dirt from shoes on the outter most sheet. The room did not smell good. The front desk staff was friendly and got me another room quickly.
Positives:
The desk clerk did everything she could to accommodate us and in the end she found a room that was probably off the available list because of a problem with the heat pump unit. However, she verified that we were okay with that checked us in.

The hotel had been overbooked and there was no room at the inn when we arrived.

The staff was very unfriendly. They told us breakfast went until 10, but then closed it at 9. The juice didnt work even before it was shut down. My room smelled like I was sleeping in an ash tray.

Positives:
Overall, I liked the hotel and room. Everything was good. The staff was easy to work with, and answered questions quickly and were all helpful. The microwave and small fridge came in handy.
Negatives:
I wish there was a closet. There was a hanging rack, so that is a small complaint. Other than that, no problems with the hotel. The neighborhood was not that great. I was not comfortable being outside at night.
Positives:
Excellent value for your money, very comfy beds, clean rooms, very nice breakfast. Better than several times more expensive hotels. For sure, we would stay again.
