I called a few times and spoke to Ashley. She was very patient and kind to me. All the staff was wonderful to work with, very friendly.
Negatives:
The carpet is frayed and needs to be replaced. The couch slip cover has a broken zipper and needs to be fixed or replaced.
The wallpaper in the next to the shower is cominfmg off the wall and needs to be replaced.

exit door broke in pool room and let cold in on us at pool and hot tub area had 5- 6- 6 year old's they had a great time Sunday night but went in pool again Monday and froze we tried exercise room and was 58 degrees to cold also

Our room had two bedrooms, each had their own full bathroom and tv. A living room with a 3rd tv and full kitchen including full range stove and oven. Plenty of storage space. Plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. A fireplace. Pets are allowed. Complimentary breakfast. A pool and hot tub. Beds are comfortable.
Negatives:
Fireplace & toaster did not work. Although their was an oven their were no baking sheets or pans, only a broiler pan.
