Best Western La Grande Hacienda

Negatives: We were there for two nights and they never made up the room after the first night.

Negatives: Picked hotel because it advertised a pool so I thought the price was reasonable, however, pool was and is not available because of renovations that havent even started and I was not made aware of this prior to booking, thought price should be adjusted

Negatives: Pool shows it works. Hasn't worked for the past year. We stayed there a year ago. They said they were working on it last year too. Just say it doesn't work on the Web site.

Negatives: Toilet did not flush well. Edging around shower/tub peeling and moldy.

Negatives: The room stank like wet dog.

Negatives: The bathroom counter had something sticky on it, and the floor needed to be scrubbed. The sheets hadn't been changed, you could so tell that they'd been slept in. Satuday morning there was some electrical problem so breakfast was cold. I complained about the room to Shelly (pretty sure that was her name). Well we don't have electricity now so we'll see if we can get that done for you she said. I told her we had just left our room and there were lights there. (Even if there weren't open the drapes. ) I think i could change sheets and scrub a floor in sunlight. We stay there once or twice every year, visiting family, and there has never been a problem with sheets not being changed. The bathrooms could use a deep cleaning on most rooms we have stayed in, but this one was unbelievable. The one thing i left in the room was an incense, which was tucked onto the ledge of the sink. When we got there, I had laid it on the counter. (As a really, you forgot this). It was thrown into the wet corner of the bathroom floor on the other side of the room. Good job! You need to start checking on your cleaning ladies cause you're paying them to watch tv or play on their phones. And that pool has been in maintenance or remodeling for (3 years?) Now. The windows from the dining to the pool are awful. The people running it or cleaning people need to start taking a little pride in the job that they are doing!. Sorry but just couldn't let this room slide.it 9

Negatives: The pool was broke. We had counted on being able to use the pool. One bed needed sheets changed and toilet paper in the one of our rooms before we unpacked, but the staff took care of that very quickly. We had two rooms and the second room was out of shampoo and there were big dogs in the room near them that barked most of the night. Otherwise it would have received an Excellent review.

Negatives: One of our beds was filthy

Negatives: Dirty, rooms were damp, made a reservation for a room with 2 queen beds showed up and they had only rooms with 1 bed available. Pool was shut down. Staff treated us as if the room mix up was our fault.

Negatives: The pool was broken, the place smelled like urine. There were stains and hair in the bed. Crumbs on the chair, and overall was very dirty and smelled weird. I went to kings Pointe instead. It was more pricey but it was clean and provided the amenities.
