Positives: We were in town for a concert and I called to see if I could check in ahead of time and the associate or manager was very accommodating and helpful. DidnÂ't get back to our room till almost 3 am and the bed was thankfully very comfortable.
Negatives: The size of the toilet itÂ's a little claustrophobic at least it was in my room.

Positives: Staff was kind.
Negatives: The entire hotel is under construction. When I arrived at 8:30 pm the construction workers were outside playing loud music and drinking, filthy with constriction related mess throughout. Not enough room to say all that was bad. My worst stay!

Positives: Nice hot tub and pool area. Not crowded. Very good front desk staff. Very attentive cleaners.
Negatives: The breakfast is still not back to normal, just wrapped pastries. The bed was hard. The walls seem paper thin, I was kept up almost all night by cursing and yelling in the next room.

Negatives: Where do I begin! The hotel was unacceptable. The outside looked like it had been bombed. It was falling apart, plastic on windows, construction equipment and materials everywhere. Inside wasnÂ't any better. One of the worst stays IÂ've ever had!!!

Positives: Got a free upgrade to a suite do to not having any king rooms available. You could tell it had recently been rehab. and the modern style looks nice bed was perfect

Positives: Our room was exceptionally clean. The motel was quiet. The motel is close to restaurants if you want one and the interstate is close by. We will stay there again when we are in Des Moines.

Positives: It was easy to get to and located so that anything you needed was within a mile or two. I loved the 12:00 checkout time
Negatives: They said they were still doing breakfast which is unusual with covid. Come to find out what they've got is coffee all day and apple and orange juice until 10am.

Positives: Their pet-friendly policies are excellent and making traveling with our fur baby stress free. Also, the precautions they are taking during the COVID pandemic seemed appropriate to protect staff and gueats alike
Negatives: The sound blocking between rooms, and even outside leave something to be desired. Light sleepers might want to bring ear plugs
