Negatives:
There was no desk attendant when I arrived. The maintenance guy said he walked across the street to get dinner. There were no bath towels in my room. Trash from the previous person was in the bathroom. The plugs on the light fixtures do not work. There was only one other plug I could get to in the room outside of the bathroom. The noise level outside of my room was terrible. On the second night the desk attendant was outside drinking a beer.

Where to start! GROSS. 1st room--wad of hair in the bed.
2nd room - missing a number on the door, no garbage can in the room and the DRAIN. OH MY GOD GROSS. Fully plugged, couldnt even shower. Dried puss around the toilet, emergency sign upside down. The floors were gross across the whole hotel. The elevator was messed up. It would "jump" or start moving before you even in or door closed.

The hotel was dirty. The tile entry had sticky floor,bathtub had two black hairs,the couch was filthy. Not a great place when your there to visit a grandchild in the hospital. Check in clerk was pleasant but when we were leaving no front desk person.

The hotel is in need of major renovations, my room#214 is missing deadbolt for security, bathroom & shower in dirty conditions, the drain was plugged up while taking a shower, dirty walls with spilled beverage, not wiped down. I will not stay there again.

We got one of their non-updated rooms and the toilet was difficult to flush and the auto-turnoff on the AC/heating unit did not work. Shampoo and conditioner were bot filled so we had to call the desk.
