Picked this hotel because of pool. Pool was closed and did not say this when booking. Bed was very uncomfortable. And shower head only worked in massage mood if you tried to put it in shower mode all the water ran out the back of the shower head.
Negatives:
The pool was closed. The whole reason I booked this hotel. This should be told of closures on the web before making reservations.

The lobby and kitchen area were newly remodeled and looked nicer than most hotels, with huge leather couches and large entertainment centers. The rooms had vinyl flooring and there were brand new hairdryers with the cold setting option!!

The pool and fitness center were closed for renovation, but the price most likely reflected that, at only $---for a king room.

Front desk lady called my husband retarded!!! We went down for breakfast and once we got back into our room we had found water all over the floor from our toilet overflowing and we called for help and this maid lady came into the room and blamed us and shook her head in disgust

We arrived at the hotel 2:00 around 2:30 there was workers talking very loud and working on something out side our door it wasnt quiet didnt get sleep at all call the front desk told him about it but didnt fixs the problem wouldnt be staying here again

The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly.
Negatives:
The shower in our room, when you pull the lever up on the spout, didn't go up all of the way, so it partially sprayed from the water spout and partially from the shower head. This made it very loud. Also, the bed frames squeeked any time someone turned over in their bed.

The pool was pretty cold & there were no pool towels, I asked for 8 pool towels at the front desk & they told me they would bring them, when they brought them they only brought 4. The pool & the pool area was very nice & large. We enjoyed the pool/pool area.
