Bed's were Hard and not comfortable, rough sleep
during the night there was alot of noise and then in middle of night there was a commotion and knocking then pounding on door near our room saying it was room check that woke us up.
2nd room key didn't work the next morning and another lady same time in elevator was saying hers didnt work either
Had issues with the machines trying to get a bottle of water and it took my money but staff was able to open it and get me a bottle of water
The exhaust fan in bathroom was extremely loud and sounded like it was going to come out of the ceiling, had to turn it off

The staff is incredible. We had a great experience with Charlie and the two ladies were great too. They recommended fun things to do and places to eat and were so hospitable.

Issue with room was quickly remedied with a different room. No issues.
