Nice hot breakfast. Attendant was nice. Loved the room. Only complaint was elevator floor was very wet from people traipsing from pool to rooms so I put my towel down so I didn't fall and wiped it up. Very dirty when I picked it up.

bed was a board with a two inch mattress. the hotel sits in the middle of a HUGE parking lot. lights everywhere!!! there are much better choices for the cost. don’t stay here

Had eggs to make for breakfast but staff said that it was for the next day...out of knife (plastic or anything for toast.)
Staff told me that the room was overbooked online and was going to upgrade but then changes their mind...the room toilet had no pressure. Found that out at night and nothing can be done...she give me a plunger to take care of it lol

Hardwood type floors in the rooms.
Negatives:
The rooms were comfortable but showed signs of wear and tear. ice machines and vending were hard to locate in the very spread out properly. There was only one elevator and it was out of service on the day we checked out.
To top it off our bill was not charged to the correct credit card and it was charged to a type of card we don’t even have!! When we tried to correct the problem, the front desk person was VERY unhelpful. He didn’t do anything to check it out-he just did Nothing! We will be checking that our card did not get charged with someone else’s charges. This was absolutely unacceptable and we will never stay at a Red Roof Inn again. There are many nice hotels that are willing to help with problems!

The door to our room looked like someone had broken into the room at some point. That gave an uneasy feeling staying there with the kids. Bathroom door also should be changed.
