It was clean and had extras that I was looking for in a hotel.
Negatives:
Equipment wasn’t working in the workout room and my key card wouldn’t work for the door of the workout room. When she reprogrammed it, it then stopped working for my room. So it took a few trips back and forth for the key to be reprogrammed.

The room was filthy, hair in the shower, all over the personal hygiene products in the shower. I took pics, haven’t heard anything from the manager

No USB plug ins. Hotel so old and outdated.
After driving all day, had to charge USB port in my car. Tried to heat up food in microwave, not even plugged in. Can?t move several hundred pound dresser to plug it in. Definitely not a 2.5 star hotel.

Nice comfortable room and was pretty quiet.
Negatives:
Breakfast was below average. Eggs and sausage dry and stale. We waited for 30 minutes for gravy while staff was taking breaks. Pool was closed. We were told by front desk was because of PH levels from to many children using the day before.

The hotel was not clean the cover for the bed and chairs were filthy, and rugged. It didn't look like any one washed the covers for a long time.

We paid a little extra for a suite. I envision a suite being two rooms. This room had about a three foot quarter wall dividing the couch and chair from the beds. Not exactly a suite. There was way too much furniture packed into the room.

Elevator broke and ice was on 4th floor should of furnished ice at front desk or eating area we were on first floor

Our room was spacious and clean. With the dispensers, we had plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body lotion.

The orange juice machine was empty and no one refilled it.
