Negatives: This so-called security door (to the outside door) that implies you would have to swipe your badge to get in) does not work. The pillowcases and the pillows were nasty. The sheets were nasty. The comforter was nasty. There was roaches. The places where the towels were put in was nasty, and some of the towels looked used, and or had other peoples hair in them. I have photos and video of management spraying in the room. The roach hid, and after 30 min it crawled from the outlet and just crawled into the corner of the curtain. To be fair though, I honestly couldn’t tell if it was multiple, or one roach. Maybe it was one, but if it was, it was one busy @ss roach. It had things going on. I checked in late, but I saw it 1st around 1:55 AM, and I left at 6:27 Am. I did not sleep at all, because I had watched it danced around the walls, ceilings, floors, and built in side tables, all night long. Clearly, I was in its home… Also, the battery was removed from the smoke detector. Beware! I wouldn’t let somebody who was staying with me for free have the sort of pillows I had! Let alone make somebody PAY for that! The least you could have, ie plastic covering over the pillowcases! Maybe that would make it easier for bodily fluids (like slobber) to stain them. I just spit balling ideas, to make life easier for ya’ll. I just uploaded a few photos, again I have video too. But I couldn’t figure out how to upload it.

Negatives: The place had Roaches, and the bathroom was not clean. There were also people smoking weed in several of the rooms. And nothing was being done about it.

Negatives: We checked in and went to our room. We were so disgusted by what we saw. The bathroom had roaches. The mattress was filthy and worn with lint balls. You could feel them through the sheets. We didn't stay. We checked out and were fully reimbursed.

Negatives: gave me someone else’s room at first, didn’t even apologize for giving me someone else’s room, new room smelled of cigarettes even though it was non - smoking. place was very unsafe, unclean, would not recommend. staff very rude.
