Positives:
The hotel is big and has diffefent services including swimming pool, gym, restaurants. The hotel is comfortable and has everything what is needed for a modest stay. The room is not luxus, but it was clean and silent for a good night sleep. The shuttle service is extremelly convenient, it runs 24/7 and the drivers are quite hepful.
Negatives:
The style of the rooms is very old style. Other than that, the hotel was comfy, very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Reserved the room for 3 and paid for 3 adults. But only received free breakfast for 2. It was Holiday Inn policy. Will not stay again at any Holiday Inn.
The bathroom did not have enough towels and wash clothes. Toilet seat needed to be replaced.
No TV channel guide in the room. Not enough coffee pods, only 2 for 3 people. Should not be spending all my time in room, requesting towels and other items that should be in room.
