Positives: It was close to the airport.
Negatives: It was pretty dirty. Specifically, there was a huge mess on the photo on the wall, a stain on the floor, the sink was cracked, and the tv didn't work. This was all in our room. The other folks we were traveling with had a non functioning heater.

Positives: That when we asked for a new room they gave us one
Negatives: The first room was on the first floor and the window didn’t lock and didn’t have a screen, the tv and alarm clock didn’t work either so we asked for a new room on second floor

Positives: For being such a small hotel, it sure does impress when you walk in. The decor is beautiful from the lobby to the rooms. Beds are comfy.
Negatives: the room was 60 degrees when we arrived. Seems like a huge waste of energy since i had to turn the heat on in July just to be warm enough to change my clothes.
