There were underwear left in the bathroom from a previous stay and when the shower steamed up, there were hearts on it so clearly the shower doors were cleaned between stays either.

The property was clean. The staff was friendly, and it was within walking distance of a lot of bars and restaurants.

Good location for downtown. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, & venues. Night staff nice, friendly. Hot & cold breakfast offered, good, great variety.
Negatives:
Weekend breakfast didn't start until 7:30am.
Note: Parking fee extra for adjacent ramp.
Access from adjacent parking ramp had questionable security access as security door propped wide open when we accessed & when we left next day.
Hotel is downtown, so road noise is heard.
Ground floor room, bedroom window shade had a seen better day, very beat up, 5 inch gash in middle of it, didn't cover the window so gaps were on both sides, no curtains just a cheap vinyl white shade. Looked like it had a window treatment at one time based in the missing paint and screw holes at the top. We assume this was a 1 off situation, didn't inquire to change rooms as it was late.
Suite room was clean but staff missed previous guests ice cream in freezer and water bottle on floor by a bed.
