It was in a great location, clean, staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
Negatives:
The bathroom need some work. Spackled holes not painted. The door you pull and the bottom half pulls apart. This could use some updated stuff. Hot tub in the corner would have been nice too.

The guy next to us had his alarm at 5 am every day and never turned it off until we knocked on the wall and door, told the staff and they told me sorry, they even told me that was not the first time someone complained about him since he is staying there since January but hey am sure they make more money on him than us so that's why they didn't do anything about it, we might stay here again we will see

I was surprised you didn't have security locks on side doors after a certain time at night! Anyone could walk in to your building without a key card.

It was super clean, staff was super kind and friendly. The restaurant attached was some of the best Mexican food I've had since moving here.
Negatives:
The pool was closed, we paid for this hotel specifically for the pool. My son was pretty let down. But we still had fun!

Positives:
We had to switch rooms three times. First time air didn’t work. Second time the door didn’t work. Then the next time all the way away from our family. The pool was closed so kids couldn’t swim. There was nothing on website saying pool would be down for painting.
