We just got done swimming and a man was following us up to our room and we caught him taking pictures of our butts in our swimsuits, the manger of the hotel was right there the whole time and didnt do a thing almost was playing into it. We had to call the police to get something done about it. This hotel is not to be trusted , they dont care about the well being of the people staying there. unbelievable.

I told them about the room and that we needed swept, new pillow cases and a blanket. We didnt even have a blanket.
So when we got back they did some but didnt sweep the floor.
Dirty and unkept. Couch stained and large hole in the curtain.

The room was very dirty, floor wasnt cleaned, dusty end tables and black bathtub. Towels and pillows had stains.

The rooms were filthy, the front desk girl was slow and spent too much time goofing around when she was supposed to be checking people in. Whoever cleaned the rooms didnt a horrible job, looked like feces on the floor. Pool area wasnt clean and chipped paint, stained walls and flooring everywhere. Total disgust

We left and were told we would get a refund but they charged my card 4 times instead! I wouldnt let my pet stay at this dump

The room was absolutely dirty. The toilet was leaking, the floor was wet when we walked into the bathroom, the tv had no sound. The elevator was slow and took forever.
