Amazing stay hope to stay...
Positives:
It sucked. Eggs were pre-prepaid. Sausage was gross. Coffee was terrible. Rolls were okay, muffins were not. Cereal was okay.
Negatives:
Booking.com did not send our reservation to the motel resulting in 1.5 hours of hassles, who done wrong & how to correct. The check in clerk tried his best but came up short. He did finally accept us & gave us a better rate than what booking.com did. I believe the manager worked it out with booking.com. We have been notified that no charge will be coming from Booking.com. We will never use booking again. Sorry bunch.

Positives:
The breakfast was hot and there were plenty of choices. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The best part of my stay...however...was the greeting and the attention given to me by the fellow at the front desk when I checked in. I had traveled 549 miles and had performed 2 shows (I am a family entertainer) during my 18 hour workday and I was exhausted when I arrived at the hotel. Reggie was uplifting, warm, friendly, and attentive. He saw to my every need with energy and care. He certainly made me feel like I was a favorite guest.

Hotel was great...but the fellow...

The bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly.
Negatives:
That I was told that you had a hot tub and it was not working and then told that it has been down for months ! Should have been able to get a room with a jacuzzi tub OR money off our stay - we stayed with you for the Hot Tub and the location. This should be mentioned when reservations are made that the hot tub is not working.

Being woke up at 7 am from construction crew doing work on the building that no one informed me of didnt sleep after that also happened the second day was told was going to get a partial refund....never did if i knew there was work on the building I never would have stayed there would have gone across the street! Poor management who was very rude and not accommodating by any means!
