Attendant wasn't there at about 4 pm for over 20 minutes smelled like weed . room door was open window open smelled like weed had a video camera plugged in to view parking lot 2 huge toenail clippings on floor. Floor not vacuumed bed dirty

Thek price and location which is close to the Epley AirPort in Omaha, NE. It is an easy drive to get to the Super 8 at Carter Lake Iowa.

It is sad to see how the hotel is becoming run down, little things here and there. It was clean and the desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The coffee was good and the waffles were also.

Advertised as having laundry services, fridge, hot tub, coffee machine in room, phone in room, fridge in room. Doesnt have any of those things and the breakfast is very minimal

The location and that it is close to many gas stations and stores.

Cockroaches. One room had roaches. Then when I was on the bottom floor it was so loud all night from people and the staff hanging out in the halls all night. Homeless people hang out at and in and around the hotel day and night.

I think Wyndam has forgotten they have their name on this motel! Boy, does it need updating...the sink had no stopper and there was so much calcium deposit in the shower. The rug near the bathroom was really worn and tearing up. Wyndam!!! HELP ME!!!!

The good thing about this hotel was its proximity to the Omaha airport.
Negatives:
It wasn't clean or welcoming. No elevator or automatic doors for entering the building (important if mobility is an issue for you). Dirty counters in the breakfast area. Tiles missing from the floor in the lobby ... and more. Also, the staff was at best uninterested and at worst rude. For example, they were overly brusque with another guest who came up to the reception desk asking about an ice machine, and they gave the wrong time for my airport shuttle pickup to their shuttle driver so that I was downstairs waiting at 6:30 a.m. as requested and the shuttle driver wasn't expecting me for another hour. Most important to me: the night after my stay I called the hotel about a small bag of belongings that I had accidentally left hanging in the bathroom of my room. The person who answered the phone put me on hold--that is, they put the receiver down where I could hear what they were doing--and left me waiting for more than 10 minutes. During that time I listened to a guest complaining about how dirty their room was and asking for a refund. After that I was just ignored until eventually I hung up the phone.
