Attendant wasn't there at about 4 pm for over 20 minutes smelled like weed . room door was open window open smelled like weed had a video camera plugged in to view parking lot 2 huge toenail clippings on floor. Floor not vacuumed bed dirty

Negatives:
The spa room I had, the bed sheets and blanket, was cheap and uncomfortable. The room felt musty when you first entered (no air circulation). The king bed was built on hopes and dreams. The frame is broken, and the bed itself sunk in the center. The bed frame was all taped up to cover the broken supports. The couch sunk in when you sat on it. The spa had a high-pitched screeching when not active and very noisy when active. The bathroom sink didn't work. The toilet runs continuously. To be very honest. The room wasn't worth more than $25 a night.

The room was a decent size and fairly quiet. We had a nice view of the lake from our room. The bathroom is small, but serves the purpose. Beds were comfortable enough, but one bed was missing a sheet and only had blankets.
Negatives:
Upon check in, there was a sign on the desk that said the staff would return in a moment. It took us 15 minutes to find a staff member and get checked in. That is unacceptable. Then, she was not even friendly. Later in the evening we had to ask for a new TV remote, as ours said "Front Desk" on the back and didn't work with our TV. It took the young man at the front desk at least 30 minutes to finally get us a remote that worked. Overall, I was not impressed with the staff who live at / run this motel.

One hall on bottom floor is rented out on extended basis. Very dirty and smelled like urine or a nursing home. No mention of the pool drained/ not available.
