Our room was filthy. There was actual feces smeared around the base of the toilet as well as in the toilet. There was some sort of filth along the edge of the tub and the shower curtain had mold growing on it. There was empty beer cans and candy wrappers

No one answered calls regarding booking, check in was slow. Rooms were deteriorated, the floors were not clean, missing comforters, toiletries for one person when 4 were occupying, shower head falling off, no remote for TV l. Overall cleanliness was poor

black mold in the rooms. we had to swtich rooms, and the new rooms had balck mold in them also. on curtains and in ac unit. rooms were dirty, dusty, floors and walls stained. No towels in room, had to call front desk and ask for them, front desk told me to come get them.

My room was dirty!! I had to dust off TV stand! There are stains on the walls not gonna say what they look that but its NOT blood!!!!!! Clearly needs repainted! The shower wasnt cleaned right!! And the Hot Tub had way to much chlorine!!

They didnt have our reservation. The lobby was not nice, so we didnt stay. We found another hotel and called them directly to book a room to avoid them not getting our reservation from booking.com
