They advertised that the hotel had a Hot tub. THEY DO NOT. That is the reason I chose them. The hotel was close to full at breakfast time everything was close to empty. People waiting for hot food and coffee. She refilled one item at a time. Not well organized.

IT WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE AS A CUSTOMER. There was so much relaxation in the hallway (there were children running screaming at 11 at night. I called the front desk to report it and they never did anything. Very bad experience, I will never return to that hotel and I will share it with everyone I know (friends, family, classes and I will work on my bad experience and I will convince you to never stay in that type of hotel.
They do not respect the guest.
In addition, upon arriving at the reception to register the indifferent treatment, wait for them to attend to me and say so when I check out.
