We were caught off guard by a $140 deposit and the fact that breakfast would not be served because they were refinishing the floor in the breakfast room. No mention of either on the listing and no effort was made to provide as little as a packaged pastry to the guests.

Rite after we checked in I was called back into work,so our stay was only a few hours. The hotel fraudulently charged another 50.00 saying we didn't check out on time,when we had left at 4 am way before the 11 am checkout time. Apparently they do this to a lot of there customers. This is not what a professional company should act or treat there customers.

Negatives:
Found a broken picture just placed behind the couch in the king suite room. Also had couple lamps that couldn’t even be used due to no plugins near where lamps were placed so just there as a decoration pretty much. Will never book at this hotel. As they let employees and employees kids eat the free hot breakfast before guests.
