The room was clean but the drapery was hanging off the wall. In the dining room you could tell that the drapery had been taken down and cleaned but was put back hap hazily like they did not care how it looked. They served the same food everyday which was alright but you could tell that it was whatever was left from the day before. The first thing you see when you drive up to the door is a look into the laundry room. the shades were never closed the entire week we were there. you could sit in your car and watch them do laundry.

The Hotel demanded a $150 damage deposit. Most Hotels just ask for a Credit Card number, this one actually charged my card $150 which they said would be refunded after I left with no damage. I'm still waiting for my refund 3 days later.

When I booked this I paid in full. I get there and they want to charge me $150, that I didn't have, for damages if done. I have NEVER paid that before. I have NEVER done damages to anyplace. So I will end up sleeping in the vehicle again. There was nothing listed in the fine print either about a damage fee. I won't ever stay ant this or any Quality Inns.
