Love the location and rooms. Very comfy and spacious.

Breakfast was cold 1/2 hour before the end of breakfast, including the “hot” water to make the tea.
We had 5 people in our room and only 2 towels. We asked the desk for towels, they said no. That we had to bring our used towels down and exchange them for clean towels. Um No. We checked in on Thursday night and waited until 4pm Friday before the desk would give us 3 additional towels for showers. Very unprofessional considering the price we pay for the room, and being an IHG member for years.

The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was nice, the fitness center had everything I needed/wanted. The breakfast was good. The in room kitchen had everything you’d need. Carmen at the front desk was amazing and went far beyond expected. We couldn’t recommend this hotel more and will definitely be back.
