Bed was two small booked and paid for a handicap assemble queen and didn't get either one bed was a full size and we didn't take a shower because we had to step into the tub and we had to walk up and down stairs staff said there were no HC rooms available first was told all they had was 3rd floor left then changed her mind it was so noisy kids running up and down the hall way someone in the room above us was so loud drilling into something moving stuff around up to 10 pm not happy our ph didn't work we could call the office but they couldn't hear me

Location easy to find, housekeepers efficient and thorough, desk clerk super helpful.

Breakfast was carb heavy -- waffles, cold and hot cereals, variety of breads, all good -- but almost no protein options, just lowfat yogurt. Eggs - even only cold, hard boiled -- would have been nice.

The lady that checked us in was super upbeat. The man in the morning had to be prompted for questions.

There were so many cobwebs on top of our door, in the corners. The shower had mold growing near the top. Shower railing rusted and coming off wall. Overall, just dirty. Did let booking.com know.
