Positives: The look on the inside of this hotel is very nice. One of the best since I've been here. Highly recommended. One of the cleanest.
Negatives: Night staff was ok. Morning staff was stand-offish, not welcoming. Promised a room with two sleeps but was given only one. Room was quite clean and tidy. I appreciate the maintenance of room from housekeeping staff. I especially like the indoor pool.

Negatives: False advertising that is inexcusable: the listing on your site states Â'hot buffet breakfast.Â' It was not: was a continental breakfast, poorly staffed. There certainly was enough time to change the ad!!! I dislike what happened. I was lied to
