The cleanliness of the room was good and the bed was really comfortable.
Negatives:
Staff was not present most of the time especially front desk. Key cards would not work on the 1st room after they were reassigned multiple times. They changed our room due to the key situation and that room had pratically no a/c that was cold. At this point, we didn't have time to dispute it due to time restraints so we delt with it. The continental breakfast had cereal in the big storage containers that looked lime they hadn't been cleaned in 20 years. The fruit was good though.

Rooms were not clean, bathroom door was broken, beds not comfortable, other people's hair all over. Bugs on the floor, didn't have a t.v remote, water damage on the ceiling.

I enjoyed leaving after walking in.
Negatives:
The room smelled like cigarettes, there was graffiti on the walls, walls had holes, “landlord special” patch jobs. Stained chairs and bed sheets. Bathroom counter was filthy. Lights flickered. Etc
We left after being there for 15 minutes

This place is old and poorly maintained. The bathroom was grimy and needs painting. A coffee maker in the room but no glass jug. The same in the breakfast room. Breakfast room with no coffee!
I reserved a non smoking room. They told me there wasn't one available when I arrived. After a while they found one. All I can say it hadn't been no smoking for very long. This is a 'Choice' property. I suggest you don't choose it

The staff was very friendly and helpful as we arrived late. Sorry I can't say anything else that I liked.
Negatives:
Rooms need to be way cleaner. Needs better noise control. Neighboring room out at all hours of the night screaming and banging, then at it again early in the morning. Not enough lightening in the parking lot or around the building and the neighborhood was very unsecure.
