Out us in the wrong to room. Stairway not lit. Would not refund our money for the second night since the first night was so bad.

Blankets and towels were stained, no remote for the television and as we were packing our stuff to leave 45 minutes before checkout the cleaners were peering through the windows and attempting to enter the room and items missing from room.

Toilet not flashing-blocked, sink broken and water wont drain, and when I requested for correction- front desk said they will come by later. Mind you it was 7:30 am. Seats dirty. Outside steps chipped .
