Positives: Good location for my needs. Breakfast was good. Coffee could have been a little hotter.
Negatives: Need more or brighter lighting. Kind of dark for reading. Need new bottom sheet on the bed. The elastic was shot and the sheet was too small and I had to try and fit it back on the mattress in the middle of the night. Buy some sheets with deeper pockets and throw away the ones where the elastic is shot.

Positives: This is a lovely Hampton. Clean, fresh and a tall toilet ;o)
Negatives: I have a Golden Retriever Emotional Support Dog. He is extremely well mannered and settles all visitors in any hotel. Marriotts accept him without additional charge. An Emotional Support Dog should be accepted as a service animal consistently. He has passed his Canine Good Citizen exam, had therapy training, as well as all levels of obedience. He is accepted into restaurants, other hotels, pubs, stores, etc. This was discriminating for a dog who is awaiting his final therapy training to be an AKC therapy animal. This cost me $50 a hotel, even when I explained. I was told Hilton/Hampton has had training for desk personnel to discriminate ESA dogs as not therapy animals. You have trained your personnel to discriminate in an unfair manner. Just because you can take money for the ESA dogs, does not mean it is a good policy and you should do it. Shame on Hilton, recommend that you change this policy.

Positives: We usually stay at this property when we have family events. It's a good meeting place and we use the party room. It's always nice and clean and the employees are efficient and friendly. The breakfast is the usual fare but kept very nice and clean and everything is hot that's supposed to be.
