The beds were good, the Dove products are great, and blower dryer was high quality.
Negatives:
I did not have a working shower faucet. The valve is not working properly to balance the temperature. The toilet was also broken, but maintenance fixed it. However I could not shower on the second day of my trip. The staff apologized, but nothing could be done. They did not have an available room to move us too. I was also not offered any discount on my stay which was $60 more than the group rate because I used booking.com.

The room we booked through booking.com was a suite with a whirlpool, of which apparently this property has none.

Disappointing.
Positives:
Staff were great. we had an issue where we were staying two nights but staff only programmed the key for one. /staff were very accomodating in resolving the issue.
Negatives:
The toilet had not been flushed since last use, which leads me to believe it hadn't been cleaned from prior guests. We cleaned it ourselves. Entire facitity had a very run down feel to it. Pool shower had no hot water.
