Booked based on the reviews, not at all when we got there. Sketchy area of town (but is very close yo convention center), room was "non-smoking" but stunk. Walls had stuff on them, stains on the sheets and towels. Window had no lock and just opened with no screen either on the second floor. TV had 4 local channels only. 1 ice machine that didn't work. Beds say 2 double, but they are each the size of a twin xl. You could sleep 2 smaller kids per bed but not 2 adults per bed. You can hear everything through the walls and ceiling, including what may of been road work or gun shots all night like.

Spa tub was to small, Tv's only had 3 channels, smelled like weed in the elevator hallway and in the room. No decorations. No light switches, had to search for the lights in the dark to turn them on. Was not given any information for Wifi. House keeping did not restock the room for the 2nd night, so we had to go back to front desk to grab fresh towels. Dining room was not kept stocked for breakfast, what there was is what you got. $50 deposit that was not informed about until arrived.

I liked that the room I booked at a hot tub in it.

I disliked that the TV didn't work. We could get any channels, the Netflix didn't work either. I really disliked that the hot tub jets didn't work in the whirlpool. I mean what's the point of having a hot tub in a room if the jets don't work.

The first room wasn't cleaned up or wasn't touch at all. Took pictures of the room and was put in a better room that was very clean and smell great.
