didn’t have a shower curtain and was a pain to get one.
Bed was very hard, blankets were very thin. No toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion. Heater/air conditioner was very old with broken parts
the front desk personnel were very friendly.
it was dirty. there were holes in the blankets from cigarette burns. the bathroom floor was filthy. we all slept in our travel clothes, and left as soon as we woke up at 7:00 am because there was no way I was stepping into the shower to bathe, not was allowing my kid to either. it was nasty. the hallway wreaked of pot. the room smelled like skunk weed and I woke up barely able to breathe because of the smoke and stench. it was one of the most disgusting experiences.
Pay a little more and...
I did like that it was right next to my aunt‘s restaurant Southtown lounge and I was excited about the whirlpool tub
it was dirty it smelled like smoke the outside part of my doorhandle was busted and would fall down so I had to fidget with it to put it back in the socket just to be able to use it or even get back in I’m a smoker and I could smell the smoke in the room I asked for different sheets because something got spilled which was completely my fault but it took seven hours and two times of exchanging because they only apparently had one set of king anything and then had me try and put queen and full bed size sheets on it took me seven hours to get actual sheets and a blanket The fridge barely worked and it was definitely not even close to as kept up as they made it seem the inside latch on the door to bolt it that was broken in half and during shift change apparently I had to explain the whole sheet thing over again several times because nobody talk to anybody and then they had to call and get permission to even give me a sheet I was very disappointed especially when I all of a sudden had an extra $25 charge from the hotel I was very disappointed and I still have not heard back as to why because every single policy I went through and I have broken nothing the only special request I had was sheets I don’t think I’ll be staying there again
I was disappointed kind of...
