Positives:
Good although pancake machine was down at 8:45 a.m. and 2 little ones were looking forward to pancakes and we also thought the buffet was open until 10:00 but they closed up at 9:40.
Negatives:
No one at checkin when I first got there and wasn’t apologetic or overly friendly when he did show up (only a minute or two). Couldn’t provide me with a hard copy receipt because I’d booked through booking.com. Establishment should be able to give me a receipt regardless.

Bathroom vent dust falling out. Very dirty. Sink dirty and soap empty. Breakfast too pre-packaged. Not fresh. Room could use more charging outlets.

Negatives:
our only issue was 2 outlets and usb ports did not work along headboard wall side.
