Location was great being adjacent to the mall. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with decent selection of items. Room looked very nice and seemed well accommodated. Bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
Unfortunately, the bad outweighed the good on this stay. The TV screen was damaged so it was impossible to watch, which at the time was not a deal breaker as I had my iPad with me. The sink was slow draining in the bathroom which again not a huge deal as these rooms have a kitchenette with a sink which did work fine. However, when I went to use the shower in the morning, I found out quickly that the tub was also slow draining. To top that off, the soap was missing from the dispenser in the shower. The only soap I had was a facial bar from the sink. At least the shampoo was full. One final thought - when I checked out, the front desk person was busy so I only got to talk to what I assume was cleaning staff. While they took a note of my issues with the room, they offered no apology or explanation for the problems I experienced.

Room had full sized refrigerator, stove top, toaster, coffee maker and dishes & pans to prepare food. Breakfast - Waffle makers, fresh fruit, hot eggs & sausage, yogurt, bread, muffins, cereal, juice, milk, soy milk, etc. Staff was very nice & helpful.

The gentleman at checkup was knowledgeable I had paid for 3 rooms prior and went to 3rd party, booking.com, the other lady at front desk wanted my card to check in, I had told her and verified that I had already paid. She needed the other persons assistance to make sure I wasnt going to get charged again. Im curious how much goes to booking.com. That was disappointing

It as ok, we had to deal with fire alarm going off at discharge, so we had to carry all our luggage,

Had two bedroom suite, one of bedrooms the air didnt work, the refrigerator leaked, the doors stuck, the floors looked dirty the drawers in the bedroom wouldnt stay closed

The room was not incredibly clean. There was goo on the toilet seat, some sort of blood or ketchup (?) on the Kleenex holder and gross spatter on the paper towels and backsplash. The bed looked clean & was made so we stayed & didnt complain.
