Dog on the next street (Spruce Street) facing our room BARKED. ALL. NIGHT. LONG. The Windows were not insulated enough to buffer this. ALL. NIGHT. LONG. Had to sleep with the TV on to drown out the incessant barking.

Pool not open, saloon not open, TV didnt work, lotion bottle half empty, tub didnt drain, had to take a shower in dirty standing water! No maintenance on premises during the weekend. Horrible! Neither Best Western Plus nor Booking.com will make any price adjustments for our stay. No customer service!!!

Rooms were clean. Hot breakfast.

Dark and dated. Thin blankets. Pool was so overdone with chlorine one couldnt even stand to be in the room without making your eyes water. Unusable. Way overpriced for the type of room. We had a balcony room and you could see light coming in from the bottom of the door.

Positives:
Lobby was welcoming and clean that included coffee machine accessible 24/7. We were allowed early check in, and our room was wonderful! Clean and comfortable, plenty of towels and toiletries. The room heater kept us plenty warm! Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options. Theres even an IHOP connected to the parking lot so we could walk to get a meal!

Not a sound proof room, much outside road noise comes through the window and noise from the neighbors TV comes through the wall.
The toilet was too short for comfort, needs upgraded.

OK hotel stay, but overpriced for what you get.
Positives:
Stayed in the king suite and spacious. Also enjoyed the hot breakfast.
Negatives:
We also enjoyed the pool, but at night it was difficult to swim due to the chlorine in the air and burned your eyes.
It was better earlier in the day.

Great Stop on the way to OK
Positives:
Very friendly staff. Clean room with two doors, one to the inside hallway and one to the outside. That made it easy to bring our bags inside. The breakfast was excellent.
